RBS Case Management is owned and directed by Jennifer Rhyne. Jennifer has been a CAP Case manager since April of 2012. Prior to CAP, she was a RN Case manager for hospice, and prior to that she worked on a medical floor, that included a 4 bed pediatric unit. In high school, Jennifer wanted to be a Special Ed teacher, so finding the CAP/C world was full circle for her in her career. Jennifer has six beautiful daughters and an incredibly supportive husband. In her spare time she can be found shuffling girls from one practice/sport to another, or volunteering at her church. Jennifer truly loves her family, friends, and community,
The name RBS came straight from the families that are enrolled. When a random survey was completed answering the question "describe your child for me in a few words" the words were collected and entered into a word storm, the most repeated words were Resilient, Brave and Strong, and that is where RBS was born. RBS Case Management believes “it takes a village” to raise children. We are dedicated to being a crucial part of your village. We strive to reach into rural areas, making contacts, and building relationships with those that can support our CAP/C families. It is our mission and honor to make life easier, and to be alongside you on this journey. After many years on the CAP/C journey, we now offer CAP/DA services!

CAP/DA is a Medicaid Home and Community Based Service.
The waiver program provides a cost-effective alternative to institutionalization for a Medicaid beneficiary who is medically fragile and at risk for institutionalization if home and community-based services approved in the CAP/DA waiver were not available. CAP/DA services allow the beneficiary to remain in or return to a home and community-based setting by supplementing, rather than replacing, the formal and informal services and supports already available to an approved Medicaid beneficiary
