Ricky is our nurse manager and an absolute asset to RBS. He has been here since the beginning! Ricky is our right hand man. He is married and has two children that keep him busy. He can often be found tending to his goats, chickens and garden. He loves the mountains and traveling anywhere with his family. He loves his job and it is eviden

He loves his job and it is evident in his relationships with our beneficiaries and their families.

Rebekah Monroe is an RN Case Manager at RBS Case Management, LLC. I graduated from Sandhills Community College. One of her most gratifying aspects of being a nurse is the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
She has a wonderful family whom she adores and without them she says wouldn't be where she is today!

Kinnley is a case manager and has her masters in social work. She is married to her husband Parker, and they have a beautiful baby boy and a fur baby Magnolia. Kinnley is a case manager and has her masters in social work. She is married to her husband Parker, and they have a beautiful baby boy and a fur baby Magnolia. Fun fact, Kinnley is also Jennifer's oldest daughter! Kinnley started at RBS as the office manager when we first opened. She worked her way through school while working here and learning the ropes of CAP. She left after grad school to work with our local hospice and then returned after a year.

Salma is a bilingual, Spanish speaking CAP-C/CAP-DA case manager at RBS. Salma obtained her bachelor's degree of Social Work at UNC Pembroke in 2021. She continued her education at UNC Pembroke and was able to obtain her Master of Social Work in 2022. She started with RBS June of 2022. On her free time, you’ll find her at the gym, walking her dog Milo, or spending time with family.

Catelyn is CAP Case Manager at RBS. She obtained her BSW from UNC Pembroke in December 2020 and continued her education at UNC Pembroke to obtain her MSW. Since she graduated Catelyn has worked as a mental health clinician until starting with RBS in March 2024. Catelyn welcomed her son into the world in December 2022.
